Our Goose has started laying eggs…
So far, we have had seven eggs which we have quietly removed. (we dont want more geese) The eggs are roughly 3 times the size of a chicken egg.
Our fruit tree’s have also burst into life.
Spring is in the air

A friend gave me a goose egg a few years ago, and I made a cake with it. It was so moist and delicious! 🙂

Kind of strange for me to see pictures of spring, since we’re heading into fall. Enjoy the warm weather!

We have been thru a cold frosty winter where all our tree’s and garden struggled to do anything. Some tree’s like the Mountain Paw Paw didn’t like the frost and died, which tells us not to plant them here again.
So it’s delightful to see our orchard spring to life again.
