The Freedom Awards ceremony (NZ) 2022

The VFF  Freedom Awards were held recently to acknowledge the tireless effort put in by  some very dedicated, professional, and determined individuals over the last few years.

A description of some of the award winning organisations in no particular order is below…

NZDSOS  (New Zealand Doctors speaking out with Science)

A group of health professionals who are appalled at the censorship and coercion in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. They are doctors and nurses who have mostly been mandated out of their jobs, and who do their best to help where ever they can.

The Health Forum

https://thehealthforumnz.co.nz/

It’s headed by the the tireless Lynda Wharton helping the vaccine injured in any way she can, and getting their stories and experiences out there when at a time where no one wants to know about them. A prominent ‘journalist’ once refered to these victims as ‘nessessary colateral damage’.

Voices for Freedom (VFF)

It’s Run by 3 quiet, but determined women, who are very effective. The recent media witch hunt for VFF members, who ran in the local elections, underlines this.

Groundswell

https://www.groundswellnz.co.nz/

This group represents the Farmers of New Zealand who have been steadily put under increasing pressure, with unrealistic and unworkable regulations. the latest one will wipe out upto 20% of farm production.

They have done a few nationwide protests, which are generally supported by other likeminded groups.

The gradual politization and polarisation of everything, everywhere.

NZ is becoming a very divided country in much the same way that the USA appears to have with their ongoing politics. (at least that’s the impression I get from what’s reported here in NZ.)

It might of been nice for us growing up in the 1980’s/1990’s , and living in a relatively carefree environment, but this is disappearing quickly from where I’m standing.

The covid ‘plandemic’ has even put kids in the frontline, requiring them to be vaccinated to save the old and infirm. Our kids deserve so much better!

The world is becoming a much smaller place due to social media and the internet, and it can be hard to maintain a neutral position in such a polarised situation.

This leaves us with several choices..

  • Do nothing and hope it all comes right somehow
  • Hide in plain sight like a zebra
  • Retire to somewhere nice in the country -this option is disappearing with the increase of beaucracy and regulations that intrude into just about everything these days, and it doesn’t solve any problems.
  • Fight back and do something about it

To this end, I ran for a place on the city council in the local elections recently.

I did this knowing full well, that I wasn’t going to be successful, purely due to a lack of a public profile. (I’m no social butterfly)

My policies were core services only, zero rate increases, and local control of water (stop three waters), etc.
This is because I don’t think we are out of this covid plandemic yet, and inflation is going to hurt a lot of people very hard.

In the end, there were more candidates that I expected, and media attention obsession with the ‘voices for freedom’ candidates,

This polarised things somewhat, but no matter, standing up for I think matters, matters.

A still mandated nurse speaks out

Alternative Health Solutions and The Nurses Collective

It’s not often I’m speechless and reduced to tears but these past few weeks have found me weeping and at a loss for words on three occasions.

The first was following my last email requesting donations towards our nurses’ hui.  Within hours and with no fanfare, anonymous donations started to appear in our account. Considering the financial restraints many are facing, my heart and my gratitude to those able to donate to this worthy cause – you know who you are, even if we don’t!  We still have a number of nurses wanting to attend and needing help with finances, so if you can help please email me!

On the second occasion, my tears were tears of frustration. Let me explain….. I received a call from a Member of Parliament who had presumed, along with our other elected members, that our public health workers were back at work in the public health sector, as “the mandates had been dropped on the 26th of September”. Of course, you know that whilst the government may have ended the mandates they have by their manipulation and indoctrination simply passed responsibility to individual hospitals and other health providers thereby allowing employers to effectively continue mandating against those who choose to exercise their right to bodily autonomy.

The MP genuinely thought we were all back at work and “life was back to normal”.  If our MPs are being hoodwinked by words and sleight of hand then perhaps the average Kiwi can be excused for thinking the same.

To counteract this, we need to ensure everyone knows public health workers such as myself, a nurse of almost 40 years in a specialist role that is still vacant, cannot return to hospital work if we remain unvaccinated. Shout it from the rooftops, mention it every time you go to get petrol, visit your GP or your outpatient appointment; at the butchers, the bakers and the candlestick makers! We need to keep this information in the public domain and keep pressuring those making these insane decisions.

The third time my tears flowed was when I heard Pfizer’s acknowledgement that they never actually tested the ability of the covid vaccine to prevent transmission –  European Parliament (12/10/22).

Why then were we terminated, stood down or forced to resign?

My tears flowed freely as I thought about the livelihoods ruined and families destroyed because of a lie and the continuing risk our public health system poses for everyday New Zealanders.

I’m determined not to cry any more tears this week but I can’t make any promises.
