Saturday morning finish painting the decks

Saturday afternoon cut a tree stump down to ground level. It’s about about 40″in diameter, so I spent a bit of time on this, because our chainsaw can only handle up to 16″ diameter.

Sunday morning

Spray the remaining Agapanthus’s and other weeds, before the morning wind gets up and going.

Meanwhile, the neighbours stump grinding the roots of yesterday’s tree stump.

Sunday afternoon
Remove 3 trailer loads of new mulch from that tree stump, and put it around our tree’s.

Monday morning

Feeling tired, cant think why….

It’s been quite a dry summer so far, so every couple of days, I’m out there watering our tree’s.
Some are doing well, others not so much. I haven’t figured out why.

I’ve had tree’s go well for months, then suddenly go backwards at a great rate of knots! . I found that if I move these tree’s to a new location, they take off again -I don’t know why, but it works..
