P.S. Don’t try this at home…
Yin and Yang
- the two fundamental principles, one negative, dark, passive, cold, wet, and feminine (yin) and the other (yang) positive, bright, active, dry, hot and masculine. The interactions and balance of these forces in people and nature influence their behavior and fate.
Keeping Democracy alive in New Zealand
A newly released book explains why it’s such an important topic

“It is our desire and hope that the booklet will inspire open and mature discussions about what Co-Governance would mean for all Kiwis (the mainstream media are incapable of this).”
The current Government seems determined to destroy the ‘one vote for all’ democracy in New Zealand and replace with ‘Co-Govenance’. This would effectively mean some people will have more rights than others based on race.
One might ask ‘How is this not racist?’

ANZAC day, 2023

ANZAC day here in New Zealand (25 April), is the day we remember those who served in the First and Second World War, but never returned.
The dawn parade (6AM) was larger this year because the later Civic parade at 10AM was cancelled because of council cutbacks, apparently.
This year saw the welcome return of the Army, Navy, Air force, and Police, who never officially attended last year because of covid politics. https://uncoffined.wordpress.com/2022/04/25/anzac-day-life-goes-on-while-the-government-doubles-down/

It was again, pleasing that a large number of the general public came and paid their respects.
