Comply or else

I’ve had a busy week. I’m still working full time, juggling family needs, and organising flyers about masks to be delivered all over town.

The flyers are been delivered by an army of volunteers. I have spent some time talking to all of them individually and there are some sad stories out there. A lot of them aren’t on speaking terms with their families anymore.

Most of them are in the process of losing their job because they refuse to get vaccinated.

A lot of us are looking to home school our kids, because we can see the writing on the wall, and we think unvaccinated kids will be treated as second class citizens at public schools next year.

On Saturday we took part in another protest, the numbers were bigger than last week and I suspect it will keep growing as more people get put out of work over compulsory vaccinations.

It sort of had a carnival feel to it with people and families and entertainers in the crowd. My favourite was the Hari krishna’s who provided the groovy background music!

Unvaccinated people aren’t allowed in Cafe’s, Restaurants, etc, and a lot of shops now wont allow them in their store. (just like South Africa used to be like with apartheid)

It’s even to the point where teenagers cant get a drivers licence unless they are vaccinated.

November 11 at 10:40 AM  · This morning we felt the need to dust off this one… In light of the latest murmurings around the threat of terror attacks from this movement… Yep, they’ve lost the plot.

From September but still relevant: The rhetoric attempting to paint us “yoga mums” as dangerous terrorists began back in March. Since then there has been a steady stream of articles peppered with suggestions of “far right” violent extremism linked with those questioning the current narrative surrounding medical freedom matters (and freedom in general). The media want you to believe Voices for Freedom are domestic terrorists too.

VFF was founded by three mothers with backgrounds working as lawyers and in education, entrepreneur craft businesses, running breastfeeding groups, and creating large online communities. Between us we have over 16 years of university level and post grad study, 5 degrees and 8 children. We care about real food, natural health, well-rounded education, connection, and community. Hardly the profiles of far right terrorists.

The reality is, we are doing the job that the government is failing to do – empowering people with information and knowledge to be responsible for their own health, to think creatively, to set up support systems and networks via our nationwide groups, and to raise public awareness of the issues – peacefully. This is the reason why we are seen as truly dangerous to them… They need people disempowered and looking to the government and media for guidance, what to believe, and how to think.

When people’s trust begins to wobble and they start questioning the “single source of truth” they become more open to engaging with information put forth from groups such as ours. When people experience harm first hand, either personal harm or injury in a loved one, they see how they are treated by the system. Being cast aside and told their adverse reactions are psychosomatic is a kick in the teeth for those who have gone along with the party line. It’s a rapid-pace reality check. More and more and more of these people are coming to us each and every day. So much so that we have six staff employed to handle our email inbox alone!

So, the question is: who will you believe? The media and authorities and the desperate lengths they’re willing to go to to paint anyone with genuine concerns as violent radicals, or the people who remain consistent and wobble-free throughout this fast-paced trajectory towards totalitarianism?
