Guest post – the governments response to cyclone Gabrielle

New Zealand was hit by a cyclone last week, which has left thousands homeless and perhaps over 500 deaths. The locals are dealing with it as best as they can with help from distant communities. The Government itself seems helpless and seems more interested in platitudes and politics at this point.

The ongoing harrassment of Shayne LaRosa

Shayne has been quite out spoken about the vaccine mandates in the last few years. He was part of the Wellington protest and and has a larger than life sort of personality. The sort of bloke who is quite good at influencing people around to his point of view, which is why I guess, he needed to be shut down. His local council has refused to renew his liquor licence for his bussiness, and he has had legal hassles ever since.

He had organised a private party on his premises to celebrate the resignation of Jacinda Adern, when the police carried out what turns out to be an illegal raid. (the search warrant wasn’t signed)
