Yeah, ongoing issues that go on forever, but it really depends where you get your news from to know what the actual narrative is they are saying.

Could be, I have no idea myself. However, the author is considered to be one of the leading constitutional scholars of our country. Nonetheless, he’s not from New Zealand, and thus may not be acquainted with all the facts from your country.

It’s rather like me commenting on USA’s issues when I’ve never been there and have no skin in the game.
NZ doesn’t have a constitution and it’s Government is basically a copy of England’s (the westminster system). It’s likely I know more about NZ than that so called expert.
