I’ve been distracted by a few negative events recently which tend to still live in my head, partly because I’ve just been idling along in life recently.
I’ve found in the past that life is so much more rewarding when I’m doing something positive and have some specific goals to aim for.
With that in mind, I’ve gone back to working out at the gym several days a week.
I’m using a 2 day split, because that has always worked best for me
First day is chest, shoulders, triceps, and abdominals
Second day is legs, calves, back, and biceps
I’m keeping the program relatively short and I’m not looking to break any weight records. The key thing to watch as I’ve got older (58) to to listen to your body carefully to avoid injuries. that means avoiding sudden jerky movements these days, because thats just asking for trouble.

A big YES to this! Right on! Way to take care of your wellness and all the benefits to come. So happy for you😊🙌💪❤️

I work out at the gym every day. I call it yard work. It’s free, it builds muscles, and I get to curse at the trees that keep dropping leaves.

It’s late spring over here, so the tree’s have come alive again, and I’ve finally got on top of eradicating those pesky Agapanthus and privet tree’s.

I get the sense that was a lot of work of you. So you should be in top shape now. No need to waste your money at that gym.

Thanks!, I’m sort of OK, weight wise (85kg / 189 pounds) , but I could be better. It’s a company gym, so it costs stuff all, also I’m already there at work most days.

Since we’re comparing workouts, I go for a three to five mile walk every day. Two days a week I go to the gym for aerobics. You and your followers appear to be very fit. 🙂
