My youngest daughter is the polar opposite of her older sister. She’s very organised, logical, serious, and she organised a dance party with her friend’s at home. Mum was allowed to help with the arrangements, but Dad, not so much. (In fact dad wasn’t encouraged to be around- its a girl thing).
I made myself scarce, and went for a bit of a Tiki tour on the KTM, before heading for the thermal hot pools in Te Aroha.

The social dynamics of the party itself were interesting.

There were several friends that still go to my daughters old public school which isn’t going well. (The mandates / masks, and a shortage of teachers has seen to that).
The second group of friends were from the Homeschool crowd, who aren’t encumbered with all that covid guilt / nonsense.
Guess which group partied like there’s no tomorrow, while the other group left early..
