There’s one thing I find troubling with the “left wing socialist” smear: if you look worldwide, right wingers are doing the same crap. Britain and Australia as examples… there’s something deeper, like a politician and bureaucracy problem. I don’t know, man. It’s a mess.

Thank you for your comment. It is unfortunate that Tim the author of that article used the left vs right narrative. I personally find the term divisive and not helpful. The ‘left vs right’ narrative comes from the French revolution in the 1790’s, and lost it’s original meaning long ago. In retrospect, I should have added the caveat. “While I don’t always agree with Tim 100%, I generally agree with most of what he has written” I shared the article because I supported the ACT party and volunteered a lot of my time at the last election. I’ve now been betrayed by the party, and what Tim wrote about them is what I should of written a few days ago.
